Yoga contributes to the development of self-awareness, self-regulation, and social and emotional health in children. Young children engage in yoga as play, and the practice space provides a learning environment in which children can explore their physical expression without competition, while gently working on the systems of the body.
We hope to run classes for children aged 8-12 years based on demand and teacher availability.
Classes are aligned with the NSW school term, and conducted once a week.
